About the Winery
After the Battle of Castillon which ended the Hundred Years' War, one of the defeated English knights is said to have settled northeast of Puisseguin, on a site that today bears the name 'L'Anglais'. This 4.65-hectare estate (in organic conversion) was acquired in 2004 by several associates, including the famous restaurateur Pierre Troisgros, who passed away in 2020.
