About the Winery
Éric Cottat has been running this estate since 1990, located in the hamlet of Thou in the commune of Sury-en-Vaux in the Loire Valley. The estate has had a new air-conditioned cellar since 2004, with temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The domaine produces Sancerre wines, focusing on the expression of the Sauvignon Blanc grape from the distinctive terroirs of the region.
