About the Winery

Domaine Noir Frères, also known as Domaine de la Petite Marne, is a family estate in the Jura region covering 11 hectares near Poligny. Jean-Yves and Philippe Noir took over from their father on this property. Members of the cooperative cellar since 1976, they decided in 2003 to vinify at the domain. The name of the estate refers to the dark nature of the soils of the Poligny terroir. The brothers practice sustainable viticulture (Terra Vitis label) and produce the full range of Jura wines under the Côtes du Jura AOC. They cultivate five grape varieties: Chardonnay and Savagnin for whites, and Poulsard, Pinot Noir, and Trousseau for reds, producing wines including Vin Jaune, Vin de Paille, and Crémant du Jura.

Brothers Jean-Yves and Philippe Noir produce the full range of Jura wines on 11 hectares near Poligny, certified Terra Vitis.
