About the Winery

Since 1996, Cyril Bothereau has managed this 7.5-hectare estate, now joined by his daughter Clémence. The property, located in Saint-Étienne-des-Oullières in the south of the Beaujolais Crus area, is dedicated to respecting nature and preserving biodiversity. They were among the first to certify their wines as High Environmental Value (HVE 3). The estate focuses on producing quality Beaujolais wines with a strong environmental commitment.
