About the Winery

Paul and Pénélope Dudson, both geologists passionate about terroirs, explored more than fifty vineyards over two years before choosing this estate in 2007 overlooking the Bages lagoon. The property is a former barn of the Fontfroide Abbey, surrounded by 300 hectares of garrigue. The 26.5-hectare vineyard is managed organically (certified in 2015). Pénélope handles the winemaking, bringing her scientific background to the craft of wine.
