About the Winery

Jean-Marc Monnet established himself in 1981. Straddling the Mâconnais and Beaujolais regions, his domaine produces Saint-Véran white and two crus of Beaujolais: Chiroubles and Juliénas. The domaine is recognized as a safe bet in the Juliénas appellation, with several 'coup de cœur' selections to its credit. Jean-Marc Monnet crafts wines that express the distinct terroirs of each cru, from the granite soils of Chiroubles to the varied terroirs of Juliénas.
