Domaine Ruet
About the Winery
Domaine Ruet has been a family estate since 1926, now in its fourth generation with Katy and David Duthel at the helm. Located at the foot of the Brouilly hill on the exceptional terroir of Voujon in Cercié, the 20-hectare estate produces seven Beaujolais designations: Brouilly, Chiroubles, Morgon, Côte-de-Brouilly, Régnié, Beaujolais (red, Rose), and Beaujolais-Villages (red and white), as well as Crémant de Bourgogne and Pinot Noir. The estate is in conversion to organic farming and practices careful plot-by-plot vinification, with no added sulfites for certain cuvées. The estate celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2026.
“A fourth-generation family estate since 1926, producing seven Beaujolais Crus from 20 hectares, now in conversion to organic.”
