About the Winery

Domaine Dupraz is a family estate founded in 1880 by François Dupraz, now in its fifth and sixth generations with Marc Dupraz and his sons Jérémy and Maxime. The estate consists of 18.5 hectares of vineyards on the eastern-facing slopes of the Chartreuse massif in Apremont, at altitudes between 350 and 450 meters. The estate has practiced natural grassing since the 1980s and has been certified organic since 2021. They produce wines from indigenous Savoie grape varieties including Jacquère, Altesse (for Roussette de Savoie), and Mondeuse. The unique glacial moraine soils of their Reposoir vineyard give the wines a distinctive precision and elegance.
