About the Winery

Earl Bernard Gauthier et Fils is a family estate producing Cognac and Pineau des Charentes for eight generations in the heart of Grande Champagne, the Premier Cru at the top of the qualitative hierarchy of Cognac appellations. The vines are located on the limestone slopes of Malaville, one of the 26 townships of Grande Champagne. The family has cultivated vines and produced Cognac for 250 years. Today, the estate is managed by Patrice and Vincent Gauthier, continuing a tradition of excellence in Cognac production.
