About the Winery
Domaine de Baubiac is a 150-hectare family estate between vines, olive trees, garrigue, and forest. Revived by Hervé Philip, a geologist and botanist passionate about wine who passed away in 2009, the estate was relaunched after a decade of leasing by his wife Samira and their children. They signed their first vintage in 2022. The vineyard is situated on clay-limestone and gravel soils typical of the hilly Languedoc region, and all wines are vinified on site in a winery dating from 1868. The estate strives to create authentic, expressive wines that reflect the unique character of their terroir.
“A 150-hectare family estate relaunched in 2022, producing authentic Languedoc wines.”
