About the Winery

Denis Benoit established his domaine in 1989 in the Jura region. Initially delivering grapes to the cooperative, he built his cellar on his grandparents' farm in 2004 and began vinifying his own wines. The estate covers 6.5 hectares managed with 'lutte raisonnée' (reasoned fight) practices. The Jura is known for its unique wines including Vin Jaune, Vin de Paille, and Crémant du Jura, made from indigenous grape varieties like Savagnin, Poulsard, and Trousseau.
