Didier Grappe is a winemaker in the Jura region, known for producing wines from the Saint-Lothain area. The Jura is one of France's smallest wine regions, famous for its unique grape varieties including Savagnin and Poulsard, as well as the distinctive Vin Jaune (yellow wine) aged under a veil of yeast. The region's continental climate and marl soils give the wines a distinctive character.
