About the Winery

Patrice Aubron took over this family domaine in 1989, continuing a tradition that began just after World War II in 1947. The 15.5-hectare estate is located in the Muscadet-Sèvre-et-Maine appellation, one of the most prestigious sub-regions of Muscadet. The wines are produced from Melon de Bourgogne grapes grown on the granitic soils typical of the region, producing crisp, mineral-driven white wines that pair perfectly with seafood.
