Les Clos de Paulilles
About the Winery
Les Clos de Paulilles is the largest single-block estate in the Collioure and Banyuls appellations, covering 90 hectares with 65 hectares planted to vines, all farmed organically. Located in the protected site of the Anse de Paulilles between Collioure and Banyuls on the Mediterranean coast, the estate was acquired by Maison Cazes in 2013 after belonging to the Pam family and then the Dauré family for 35 years. The vineyard is planted on steep schist terraces overlooking the Mediterranean, benefiting from intense sunlight and marine influences. The estate produces both dry Collioure wines and fortified Banyuls wines with precision and freshness. The property features a completely renovated cellar, a reception site, and a waterfront restaurant called Les Pieds dans l'eau.
