About the Winery

Château Haut-Fongrive is a 10-hectare vineyard now run by Doriane Dublanc and Julien Boucher, with the ambition of producing biodynamic wines. The estate was originally established by an Englishman in the 1980s, then sold to a Franco-German couple, before being partially acquired by Doriane Dublanc in 2006. She built a new cellar and convinced her partner Julien Boucher to join the venture in 2009. The estate began its conversion to organic agriculture the same year, with around 10 hectares of vines cultivated using biodynamic practices. The estate is certified organic (AB).
