About the Winery
Founded in Reims in 1730 by Jacques-Louis and Jean-Baptiste Chanoine, two brothers from Haute-Marne, this champagne house is the oldest in the city. In 1985, the house merged with its competitor Bricout. Champagne Chanoine is known for its Brut Reserve and Privilège cuvées, produced from grapes sourced from various terroirs across Champagne.
“The oldest champagne house in Reims, founded in 1730 by two brothers, now part of the Chanoine-Bricout group.”
