About the Winery

Acquired in 1986 by the 50-hectare estate, this property covers limestone hillsides over 200 meters altitude. Three terroirs are vinified separately. The estate is certified organic. Located in the Saint-Chinian appellation of the Languedoc, the estate produces wines that express the limestone terroir at altitude, offering freshness and complexity.
