About the Winery
In a high-altitude terroir (over 400m), not far from Tarerach, Antonin Moisan arrived in 2008 to pitch his tent (or rather his yurt) to realize his winemaker dream. He now has a cellar built from natural materials and organically farms 8 hectares. The family also produces honey, jam, and preserves from vegetables grown in their garden. The estate embodies a commitment to sustainable, organic viticulture in a unique high-altitude terroir in the Languedoc region.
“A high-altitude organic estate (400m+) started in 2008 in a yurt, now farming 8 hectares with natural materials.”
