Domaine Bardet et Fils
About the Winery
The Bardet brothers, Philippe and Michel, have been cultivating vines since 1991 in Préhy, while their tasting cellar is located in the picturesque village of Noyers-sur-Serein, one of the 100 most beautiful villages in France. Their respective sons, Damien and Alexandre, joined the 9-hectare family estate, which was complemented by a négociant activity in 2009. The domain produces Chablis, Petit Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume, Irancy, Bourgogne Blanc, and Crémant de Bourgogne from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The estate holds HVE (High Environmental Value) certification and produces over 50,000 bottles per year, primarily sold from their cellar in Noyers.
“A family estate in one of Burgundy's 100 most beautiful villages, producing Chablis and Crémant from 9 hectares.”
