Château Baronne Tedaldi
About the Winery
Château Baronne Tedaldi is a domaine in the heart of Minervois, where tradition and modernity meet to produce expressive wines reflecting the richness of Mediterranean terroirs. The domain takes its name from the Tedaldi family, who acquired it at the beginning of the 19th century. The estate was originally a simple fortified farm that was transformed into a prosperous wine estate over generations. Located near Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi, the estate produces wines under AOP Minervois, IGP Languedoc, and Languedoc appellations. The wines are made from Carignan, Syrah, and Grenache grapes, with winemaking done separately per grape variety and land area. The wines are known for their intense ruby color, notes of blackberry, garrigue, and spice, with round tannins and elegance.
“A Minervois estate where tradition and modernity meet to produce expressive Mediterranean wines near Carcassonne.”
