Le Sablon, 02650 Fossoy, Champagne, France

About the Winery

Bonnet-Launois is a family-owned Champagne house in Fossoy, a village in the southern Champagne region. The house produces champagne exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Côte des Blancs, where the chalky soils are ideal for this variety. Since 1877, the house has been passed down through five generations, maintaining traditional methods while incorporating modern techniques. All vinification is done in small oak barrels, adding complexity and richness to the wines. The house produces a range of champagnes including brut, Rose, and prestige cuvées, all characterized by elegance, finesse, and the mineral purity typical of Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs.

A fifth-generation family Champagne house since 1877, crafting Chardonnay champagnes from the Côte des Blancs.
