About the Winery
The 15th-century château possessed 2 hectares of vines when the Aubry family settled there in 1976; today, the vineyard covers 6.5 hectares. The estate is managed by Olivier Aubry, while vineyard maintenance and winemaking are entrusted to Michel Delanoue. The property includes a deer park, a 15th-century dovecote, and a windmill built by Bollée. The vineyard is planted on gravelly and limestone soils, producing wines from Cabernet Franc and other Loire Valley varieties. The wines are known for their elegance, balance, and ability to express the unique terroir of the Touraine appellation.
“A 6.5-hectare estate around a 15th-century château, managed by Olivier Aubry with wines crafted by Michel Delanoue.”
