Domaine des Homs

About the Winery

At the crossroads of the Marin wind from the sea and the Cers from the northwest, the vines of Domaine des Homs are ideally planted on stony terraces at the foot of the Montagne Noire. In 1865, Paul de Crozals discovered the exceptional terroir that would become home to Domaine des Homs. Passed down through generations, it is now Jean-Marc de Crozals at the helm. In 2000, he began converting the farm to organic agriculture with the aim of creating harmony between the vine, soil, and environment. The vineyard now includes 15 hectares of AOC Minervois and 7 hectares of Vin de Pays, all organically certified since 2006. The estate produces a range of wines including reds from Syrah and Grenache, whites from Viognier, Chardonnay, and Muscat, and sparkling wines.
