Domaine de l'Aigle à deux têtes is a small winery in the Jura region of eastern France. The estate is located in the village of Vincelles, within the Côtes du Jura appellation. The winery produces wines from typical Jura grape varieties including Savagnin, Chardonnay, Poulsard, and Trousseau. The name references the two-headed eagle symbol associated with the Habsburg dynasty that once ruled the Franche-Comté region. The domaine follows traditional Jura winemaking methods, producing both oxidative (sous voile) and non-oxidative (ouillé) styles of wine that showcase the unique Jurassic limestone terroir of the region.
