Domaine de Bel-Air (Grand Colombier)
About the Winery
This young 5-hectare domain has been managed since 2017 by Régis Mollex and Pierre-Alain Vionnet, who also own the Clos d'Arvières and La Brune in Corbonod. In 2022, Karine and Régis Bernard took over the estate and initiated organic conversion. Located on the southeastern slopes of the Grand Colombier, the highest peak of the Bugey mountains, the domain cultivates Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Mondeuse, and Roussanne on scree limestone soils. The estate produces wines in the AOP Bugey and IGP Allobroges appellations, reflecting the unique mountain terroir between the Jura and Savoie regions.
“A 5-hectare estate on the slopes of the Grand Colombier in Bugey, in organic conversion since 2022.”
