About the Winery

Run by the Sourina father and son team, the father an agronomist and the son an oenologist, this hillside vineyard (46 contiguous hectares on the foothills of the Gardiole massif) is one of Frontignan's oldest. Municipal archives attest to the presence of Muscat since 1170. The farmhouse was built in the 16th century and restored in 2003, with the cellars modernized in 2006. The estate produces Muscat de Frontignan, one of the Languedoc's most famous natural sweet wines, from the Muscat à petits grains variety grown on the unique terroir of the Gardiole foothills.

One of Frontignan's oldest estates with 46 contiguous hectares on the Gardiole foothills, producing Muscat since 1170.
