About the Winery
The Vignerons d'Ovalie form, together with the cooperatives of Fronton, Rabastens, and Técou, the Vinovalie group, which encompasses 4,000 hectares of vines and 450 cooperative members. This major cooperative structure produces wines across several South West France appellations, working with grape varieties typical of the region including Négrette (Fronton's signature grape), Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Gamay for reds, and Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and Muscadelle for whites. The group represents a significant portion of the wine production in the Fronton and surrounding areas.
