Domaine des Hauts Perrays
Loire Valley, France
About the Winery
Re-established and renamed in 2009 by Luc Le Fournis, this 16-hectare property (formerly Domaine Fardeau) is situated at the foot of the Corniche Angevine, on the hillsides overlooking the Layon and Loire valleys. The estate produces wines from the Anjou appellation, including red wines from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, and whites from Chenin Blanc. The unique position of the vineyards on the Corniche Angevine provides excellent sun exposure and the cooling influence of the Loire River, creating ideal conditions for producing balanced, expressive Loire Valley wines.
“A 16-hectare estate at the foot of the Corniche Angevine, overlooking the Layon and Loire valleys since 2009.”
