Champagne bruno Paillard
About the Winery
Bruno Paillard is an independent Champagne house founded in 1981 by Bruno Paillard and directed since 2019 by his daughter Alice. The founder patiently assembled a 25-hectare vineyard spread across 16 of the region's most sought-after crus, including Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cumières, and Verzenay. The house is equipped with an above-ground winery and emphasizes the northern, chalky character of Champagne. All cuvées contain at least 20% barrel-fermented wines, are dosed at extra-brut levels, and feature very fine bubbles. Aging times are two to four times longer than the appellation minimum. The house chef de cave is Laurent Guyot. Bruno Paillard Champagnes are known for their precision, elegance, and minimal dosage, expressing the purity of the Champagne terroir.
“An independent Champagne house since 1981, crafting extra-brut cuvées from 25 hectares across 16 grand crus with extended aging.”
