About the Winery
Agronomic engineers, Karine and Nicolas Mirouze left banking and IT to take over the family estate in 2000: 300 hectares total, with 22 hectares of vines planted on the north-facing slopes of the Fontfroide massif, on sandstone soils with a cool microclimate. The estate is farmed organically. They produce wines in the AOP Corbières and IGP Aude appellations, showcasing the unique terroir of the Narbonne region with its combination of altitude, sandstone soils, and Mediterranean climate.
