About the Winery
Bought in 1983 and replanted by Michel Valton, a surgeon turned winemaker, this 5-hectare domaine cultivated organically is installed on the site of an 18th-century farm. It is traversed by a hiking trail, offering walkers an opportunity to stop and discover an impregnable view of the Pyrenees and the wines of this domaine. In 2014, Antonin took over from his father. The estate produces wines in the Béarn AOP and IGP, working with traditional grape varieties of the region.
“A 5-hectare organic estate on an 18th-century farm site with panoramic Pyrenees views, now run by Antonin Valton since 2014.”
