About the Winery

In 1998, Philippe Viallet took over the Montmélian cellar and decided to create the Fruitière des Vignerons des Terroirs de Savoie, bringing together 60 winegrowers (for a total of 300 hectares of vines) and producing wines in AOP and IGP appellations. The cooperative represents the diversity of Savoie terroirs, working with grape varieties such as Jacquère, Altesse, Mondeuse, and Gamay to produce the characteristic white, red, and Rose wines of the Alpine region.
