About the Winery

Located on the northwest of the Isle of Beauty near Calvi, on a terroir of granite arenas, this domaine covering 64 hectares was planted from 1973 by Paul Suzzoni. His younger brother Étienne took over in 1986, building a new cellar and planting indigenous grape varieties (19 varieties). Operated according to organic principles from the outset, the property obtained organic certification in 2013 and HVE3 certification in 2020, followed by biodynamic conversion. In 2016, Étienne's eldest son Paul-Antoine joined the estate and made the 40th vintage. The estate produces AOC Corse-Calvi wines with a focus on Niellucciu, Vermentinu, and Sciaccarellu varieties.
