About the Winery
This ancient seigneury from the 17th century, which was property of the Sévigné family, is located on a typical gabbro terroir of the region. The domaine today covers 84 hectares and is managed by Jean-Pascal Aubron since 1985. The estate produces wines from the Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine and Gros Plant du Pays Nantais appellations in the Loire Valley, known for their crisp, mineral character from the unique gabbro soils.
“An 84-hectate estate on gabbro soils in the Loire Valley, in the family since the 17th century, now run by Jean-Pascal Aubron since 1985.”
