About the Winery
Of Cistercian origin, this domaine commanded by imposing buildings is located on a hillside. It dominates a vast vineyard of 100 hectares in one piece that spreads all around on a gentle slope, surrounded by 500 hectares of garrigue. A pioneer of organic farming - since 1987. Owner since 2007, Pierre Gabison continues on this line and has converted the vineyard to biodynamics. The estate produces wines from the Corbières appellation in the Languedoc region, known for their expression of the wild garrigue terroir and commitment to organic and biodynamic agriculture.
“A 100-hectare Cistercian estate in Corbières, a pioneer of organic farming since 1987, now converted to biodynamics under Pierre Gabison.”
