About the Winery

A psychology graduate, Guilhem Barré became a winegrower in 2008, choosing the Languedoc at a time when people were talking about vineyard removals rather than plantings. A human-scale domain of 7 hectares, certified organic, and already a safe value of the Cabardès appellation. The estate produces wines that blend Atlantic and Mediterranean influences, using grape varieties from both Bordeaux and Rhône traditions on the unique terroir of Cabardès.
