About the Winery

Since 1770, in Burgundy, in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, the estate has been producing fine wines exclusively from the village of Mercurey and the small hamlet of Touches. Manu Bautista took over from his father-in-law Jacques Tupinier in 1997. Manu and his two nephews Romaine and Anthony now passionately run this 11-hectare vineyard. In 2016, the estate was modernized with a new vat room, cellars, and tasting room offering an elevated view of the village of Mercurey. The domaine produces red and white Mercurey AOP wines from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
