About the Winery
The Bolliet family has practiced viticulture in the hamlet of Bôches since the Revolution. Christian took over in 1979 and today manages a 5-hectare vineyard in the Savoie region, producing wines from indigenous varieties like Jacquère and Mondeuse. The estate produces Vin de Savoie AOP wines that reflect the unique alpine terroir of the region.
