About the Winery
This 9-hectare estate was created in 1965 by Jean Denizot, a master winegrower in Chavignol, who made the property known in Parisian restaurants. It has been managed since 2001 by Raphaël Thomas, son of Paul and grandson of the founder. Located in the Sancerre appellation of the Loire Valley, the estate produces wines from Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, including the famous Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé appellations that have made this region world-renowned.
