Domaine Montemagni
About the Winery
Domaine Montemagni is the largest estate in the Patrimonio appellation by surface area: 15 hectares in 1850 at its creation by the great-great-grandfather, now 80 hectares. The respected patriarch Louis Montemagni is supported by his daughters. He entrusted vinification to a talented young oenologist, Aurélie Melleray. The estate is certified organic and is a pillar of Corsican viticulture. The domaine produces wines from the Patrimonio AOP, with typical Corsican grape varieties including Niellucciu and Vermentinu.
“The largest estate in Patrimonio by area, expanded from 15 to 80 hectares since 1850, certified organic and led by patriarch Louis Montemagni with his daughters.”
