About the Winery

Isabelle and Thierry Daulhiac took over in 1992 from six generations before them, managing 14.5 hectares of vines on terroir rich in flint, in the AOC Bergerac, Côtes-de-Bergerac, Saussignac, and Rosette appellations. Since 2005, they have farmed organically (and biodynamically certified since 2018). They replant hedgerows and groves to promote biodiversity. The estate produces 50,000 bottles of Bergerac Blanc Sec, 40,000 of Bergerac Rouge, and 2,000-4,000 bottles of Saussignac sweet wine. 60% of production is exported, particularly to the UK, Belgium, Netherlands, USA, and Japan.
