About the Winery
Located in the village of Louvois on the Montagne de Reims, this property has been producing champagne for over half a century. Louvois is a historic village where the Marquis de Louvois, minister of Louis XIV, had a château built by Mansard, now largely destroyed. Évelyne Milesi took over in 1982 and passed the reins to her daughter Sophie Moussié in 2012, who now oversees winemaking. The domaine covers 9 hectares, notably in Bouzy and Louvois, producing champagnes that reflect the Grand Cru terroirs of the Montagne de Reims.
“A champagne property in Louvois on the Montagne de Reims, with 9 hectares in Grand Cru villages including Bouzy, now led by Sophie Moussié.”
