Fondée en 1958 par Gilbert Ruhlmann et conduite aujourd'hui par la deuxième génération (Guy et Pascal Ruhlmann), l'exploitation s'étend sur plus de 15 ha autour de Scherwiller, pittoresque village traversé par un ruisseau, près de Sélestat. Elle a son siège dans un corps de ferme du XVIIIes. Domaine certifié HVE.
