About the Winery

In the Lafont family for several generations, this property perched on the Bel-Air hill dominates the Ardieres valley. Built in 1849 from blue granite buildings, with vaulted cellars and a 23-hectare vineyard with parcels in five crus. Jean-Marc Lafont has been at its head since 1985 and created a négociant structure under his name to complete his range. The estate produces Beaujolais wines from Gamay, including Brouilly, Morgon, and other crus, as well as white wines from Chardonnay. The wines express the granitic terroir of the Beaujolais region.
