About the Winery

'Vigneronne-oenologue,' as the label specifies, Nathalie Falmet took over her parents' property in 1990 - 3.5 hectares near Bar-sur-Aube - and began vinifying her cuvées in 2008. She is a Récoltant-Manipulant (RM) producing Champagne from her own vineyards. The estate is located in the Aube department, in the Côte des Bar region, known for its Pinot Noir grown on Kimmeridgian soils. Nathalie's wines express the unique character of this southern Champagne terroir.
