Champagne Fromentin-Leclapart
1, rue Paul-Doumer, 51150 Bouzy, France
About the Winery
Since 1925, four generations of winegrowers have succeeded each other on this domaine. Jean-Baptiste Fromentin took over in 2005. He manages a 5-hectare vineyard very well situated in Bouzy and Ambonnay, Grand Cru villages known for their Pinot Noir on the Montagne de Reims. He presses his grapes in common with a handful of fellow grower-producers in Grand Cru but elaborates his own cuvées. The estate produces Champagne that reflects the power and elegance of the Bouzy and Ambonnay terroirs.
“Four generations of growers in Bouzy and Ambonnay Grand Cru since 1925, pressing grapes with a collective of growers.”
