About the Winery
Véronique and Joël Fernandez were cooperative winegrowers in Berlou since 1993, but in 2008 they decided to create their own 8-hectare domaine, named after the first name of a great-grandfather who was a winegrower. The domaine is regularly mentioned in wine guides for the quality of its wines from the Saint-Chinian appellation. The estate produces red wines from classic Languedoc grape varieties (Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre) on the schist soils of Berlou, known for giving wines with great depth and minerality.
