About the Winery

Established on the left bank of the Marne, this family has cultivated vines for five generations, though they owned only a few ares in the 1950s. Today, Florian and Enguerran Bonnet run the estate with their parents, managing 9 hectares of vines. The domaine produces Champagne in the Troissy area, focusing on expressing the terroir of this lesser-known but promising region of Champagne.
