About the Winery

Thierry Merlin resides at the entrance to the wine village of Bué. In the early 1980s, he created this 14-hectare domaine after gaining experience in Burgundy, in prestigious areas like Chablis and Puligny-Montrachet. His daughter Agathe joined him in 2021. The estate produces Sancerre wines from the classic Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir grape varieties, with a style influenced by Thierry's Burgundy experience - precise, mineral, and age-worthy.
