Château de Nalys
About the Winery
One of the oldest domaines in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, listed since the 17th century, then property of the Nalys family. Its venerable 75-hectare vineyard experienced a renaissance from the 1950s. A reliable value of the appellation, it was acquired in 2017 by Maison Guigal, which completed the transition to organic agriculture and is now working on the construction of a new cellar. The estate produces red and white Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines from the region's classic grape varieties, including Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. The wines are known for their concentration, complexity, and aging potential.
“One of the oldest estates in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, with a 75-hectare vineyard now under Guigal ownership and organic certification.”
